FAQ

You can retrieve an invoice for an order at any stage by logging into your account via the MY ACCOUNT link.

Once logged in select the order that you require the invoice for from the “Recent Orders” section and press the related “Download invoice (PDF)” button to download a copy of the invoice rxcare.net.

If your existing license(s) is due to expire, or has already expired, you will need to purchase a new license from the web store.

If you are an existing customer that purchased prior to the website update in February 2016 you will need to create a new account login. You can do this from the Checkout page once you have selected the products that you require.

To purchase a license simply follow the steps below;

  1. Visit the web store and add the products that you require
  2. Click “View Cart” and confirm the details are correct then click “Proceed to Checkout”
  3. Enter your Billing detail and choose an account password ** cipro pris
  4. Choose your payment method; either Credit Card via PayPal or Bank Transfer then click “Place Order”

** License holders that originally purchased after the February 2016 website update can skip this step by logging to their account at any stage either via the “My Account” link or via the link at the top of the “Checkout” page.

Once your order has been processed you will receive instructions on how to download the software and request an activation code.
